Berkeley Herbal Center is seeking its next Executive Director to lead the organization. This full-time, on-site role will help guide day-to-day operations, support its long-term sustainability, and work closely with staff, instructors, students, and the broader herbal community.✓ Salary: $95,000-$105,000 (benchmarked annually against comparable ED roles in the field)
✓ 28 days PTO + medical stipend
✓ Reports to the Board of Directors
✓ Lead a 30+ year nonprofit organization
